Vegan Thanksgiving Menu Suggestions
Planning a Thanksgiving meal can be a very stressful task, especially if your home is going to be filled with loved ones you’re dying to impress with your beloved vegan dishes. Here are a few Thanksgiving menu suggestions from the I Eat Trees collection. In order to be of the most help possible, I only chose dishes which have the actual recipe published on I Eat Trees. I figured Thanksgiving wasn’t the time to go sending you scurrying around your local libraries and bookstores to find cookbooks you don’t yet own. I hope this is helpful to for getting your vegan Thanksgiving menu planning started! If you’re interested in the recipe, simply click on the image. And if you’re interested in my other recipe suggestions, as in cookbook recipes I don’t have on the site, let me know!

Wow everything looks so good! The mini polenta pizzas and the seitan steaks are especially yummy looking. Wow! Thanks for the ideas. I thought I knew what I was making, but there are just so many things to choose from. It’s a little overwhelming lol.
Haha, I know what you mean. I always get my to-make list too long and end up having to make cuts at the last minute.
this proves all those people wrong that say “vegans can’t eat anything”
Thank you, Kelsey!
