Vegan Mofo
There was a sad time in my life when I didn’t know what Vegan MoFo even was… and that time was from birth until about two weeks ago. But if you haven’t already heard on nearly 500 other blogs, November is Vegan Month of Food. Vegan MoFo comes out of the Post Punk Kitchen as a way to celebrate vegan food through an entire month of vegan food blogging. It’s going to be vegan blog overload (in a good way)! The general goal is for vegan bloggers, food and otherwise, to post about vegan food every weekday in the month of November. Oh, I already blog about vegan food five days a week? You’re right. So in true infomercial style, I’m throwing in TWO EXTRA DAYS of I Eat Trees blogging in celebration of Vegan MoFo. Act now and get not only Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, but Saturday AND Sunday thrown in too! I’m also planning a few special posts and giveaways, so keep your eye out for some MoFoing fun on I Eat Trees!

I’m not going to be posting every day but I hope to add some new vegan recipes to my blog this month just not sure what I’ll be making yet. However this week I think I’ll be making my first batch of seitan!!

I was going to make it this week but it’s on the back burner until next week as I have products to use up this week but I have decided as well to post my meals every day or if I’m having the same meal twice I’m posting a recipe instead I’m really liking vegan month now
