Vegan “Chicken” Rotini With Mushroom Marinara

Okay, I think Gardein’s products have officially convinced me to reconsider my dislike of faux meat.  Tonight I used their Chick’n Marinara.  Oh my gosh!  Faux chicken stuffed with marina and vegan cheese and it was absolutely delicious.  So this post isn’t so much a recipe (because there isn’t any work to it) as me raving about how tasty dinner was tonight!  A jar of my favorite organic mushroom marinara, adding in sauteed diced onion and chopped steamed greens, over whole wheat vegan pasta, topped off with Parma Raw and a breaded stuffed Gardein Chick’n Marinara, and yum!  Pasta heaven!
