I keep my greens in the "cheese" drawer of my fridge and it really seems to keep them fresh. Hope you find something that works for you! I agree, it's a little annoying when someone throws, like, two apples into a plastic bag, but I get that it's convenient and we can't always avoid them. They can get pulls from things like grapes, bananas, and other things with stems. I know you are thinking why would you bag bananas anyway, but that is just something they do here in the Middle East.
