Oh, The Trees I Ate: November 2010

With November, ends my first Vegan MoFo.  It went so fast!  It’s been a great experience and I’ve met new people, found new blogs to read.  There were so many delicious vegan recipes shared, it would take the entire year to even make the best of them, but here are my favorite eats from the month.  As always, have a click on the image if you’re interested in a recipe, and if I wasn’t able to post the copyrighted recipe, I direct you to the book and page number where you can find it.  Is anyone else going to remember November 2010 as “the month of the vegan meat cakes?”  I’m sort of kicking myself for not attempting one…
