Oh, The Trees I Ate: August 2010

I wanted to end the month with a photo collection of my favorite eats from the month.  In the future, I’ll probably just include my favorites in the newsletter, so be sure to sign up if you so desire to fondly reflect on all the best vegan food I ate.  If you want to read more about the dish, have a clicksy on the image.  All of the links have the recipe or where to find the recipe if it isn’t my own and I didn’t have permission to publish the it.  There are a few Hearty Vegan dishes in there, so those recipes aren’t available yet, but the cookbook will be out in a couple of months, so they aren’t completely unattainable.  Or you can do what I love to do when bloggers post teasers; just stare at the picture and try to recreate!  Goodbye August, I hardly knew ye.

    Now I am liking the Deep Dish and Twice Baked Spaghetti. I ordered Vegan on the Cheap, Speed Vegan and 4-Ingredient Vegan this morning, guess that means I will be cooking more now.
