She is feeding a family of 6, so switching to Vegan hasn't been easy... Especially since she is going for organic etc. As for me, cookbooks need to have good vibrant pictures to peak my interest. (although many of mine don't as they are hard to find these days) I don't really care about the calorie counts etc. As long as it has ingredients I can understand, takes under 30 minutes, and a picture of the final product, I am a happy camper! *smile* My friend linked to your blog from mine and then linked to the book and then bought it! :-)
