Kind Vegan Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups

Tonight, I officially made my first recipe from The Kind Diet by Alicia Silverstone!  Since I have a lifelong love (and craving) of peanut butter, I went with her chocolate peanut butter cups!  These vegan snack treats were really simple to make and required only Earth Balance, peanut butter, graham crackers, soy milk, sugar, and chocolate chips.  The recipe is available on Alicia’s website.

They would be awesome to take to the office pot luck lunches or send with your kids for classroom birthday parties!  Or you could just keep the whole batch to yourself to satisfy that sweet peanut butter chocolate itch.  Oh, and try them frozen.  Yum!

    These are soo great! I made a different but similar Vegan recipe and my family ate them all up before I could get a nibble… I’ll have to try this recipe as it uses less ingredients next time.
