Bunny Monkey Vegan Smoothie

I’m so addicted to vegan smoothies!  It’s like a chilly treat, but I can get all kinds of healthy nutrients in there and tons of energy.  My current favorite smoothie ingredients, aside from the fruits and veggies, are peanut butter or raw cocoa powder.  Everything is better with chocolate right?  My Bunny Monkey smoothie is one that I love to make when I need a quick tasty snack or am craving something sweet but “not too sweet”.

Vegan Smoothie Recipes

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup carrot juice
  • 1 large banana
  • 4-5 large frozen strawberries

Blend ingredients until smooth.  Add protein powder if desired.  Enjoy!
