Annie Chun’s Vegan Noodle Bowls

January 18, 2010 by Keri

I know a lot of you are on the go and need to have a few convenience meals on hand just in case you’re running late for work or busy doing a million other things, and need a quick meal that’s one step and chow.  For days like that, I completely adore Annie Chun’s bowls.  They come with the bowl and all of the ingredients except water, so you can have a vegetarian or vegan meal ready in under 3 minutes.  I do want to mention that not all of the varieties available are vegan-friendly, so be sure to read the label and look for the note that says 100% vegetarian on the front.

There is quite a bit of packaging  so the bowl is made of easily biodegradable material to make it easier on the planet.  My personal favorite is the Kung Pao noodle bowl, but they are all very flavorful and a more healthful option that the majority of take-out noodles you are going to come across.  The best part is that there are plenty of noodles in one bowl to be filling and completely satisfying in order to get hunger off the brain for the rest of a busy day.
